Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT is a therapy, tapping on specific Meridian points on the body, whilst working through the client's emotional and or physical issues. It is often described as "Acupuncture but without the needles!" It does however combine talking therapy with the tapping. This is a powerful combination and allows freedom from emotions that may be trapping you from living your life to the full!
EFT can be used to help with or treat:-
Addictions, Anger issues, Anxiety/Panic, Depression, Exam Pressures, Job Searching Stress, Pain Relief, Phobias, Physical Issues, Performance Issues, Personal Development (via Success Coaching) Stress Management, Weight Management and many more!
Success Coaching via EFT helps us to work towards your goals and through it, we can work on areas in your life where you feel/know or would like to achieve more. With EFT, we are able to deal with any blocks that you may or may not know about that could be getting in the way of your happiness and achieving your goals.
EFT can be done face-to-face or over the phone!
Both methods are equally as effective and depend on the client's needs.

EFT can be carried out in the following ways:
* In a one-to-one therapy sessions, face-to-face
(in a face-to-face, the client would be tapping on themself)
or by telephone.
* In groups, whether business or friends,the groups could
be working on work performance, weight issues, stress
management and self-esteem issues.
